This vest features high-stretch Japanese neoprene throughout, complemented by super-soft aero jet foam segmented panels.
The AERO-JET FOAM used in the vest is a soft, light, and pillow-like composite foam that provides durability and minimal water absorption. The FLEX-LITE NEOPRENE, on the other hand, is insanely flexible, soft, and lightweight - the best we could find. The jersey is incredibly soft and smooth, while the internal foam is lightweight and holds less water than other foams.
The SUPER-FLEX SIDE PANELS offer superior stretch through the side gussets, providing unparalleled mobility and flexibility. The MULTI-FLEX PATTERN, with its segmented foam pockets, delivers an engineered fit that increases maneuverability and comfort. The stitch-through design keeps the foam from moving or displacing between the neoprene over time.
To ensure the vest's longevity and ease of use, we have incorporated YKK SELF LOCKING ZIPS. These premium zippers won't break or lock up, preventing any frustrations when you're just trying to have fun. The zipper teeth are coated with high-strength, UV-treated plastic to enhance durability.
